The pool area was a highlight, featuring a fantastic bar and a relaxing environment, especially after 5 pm when it was supposed to be adult-only. the lack of enforcement regarding kids in the pool during those hours was disappointing. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions, but parking could be challenging in the evenings, making it necessary to stroll to dinner. The room was decent but noisy due to nearby elevators, and WiFi connectivity left much to be desired.

The hotel was a chilled-out base for enjoying a pretty nice area, close enough to do, major tourist area. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they were pleasant and helpful people. Booked a room with jacuzzi. It exceeded all expectations.

Overall the place is clean and entertainment, it met my requirements.

They gave me a room full of dog hairs. They should ask if we like pets, guess, because that's a lack of hygiene, second room they gave us had staplers on the floor.

Perfect—restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. the experience fell short due to overbooking confusion. We lost our king room, replaced with two double beds without notice. Communication issues marred our stay—multiple erroneous charges and unhelpful explanations from staff. Breakfast service was painfully slow. While the hotel has redeeming qualities, the management needs to address these operational flaws swiftly and effectively. A great potential, but leaves much to be desired in execution. Would consider a return if improvements are made.
